About Presale Films

Presale Films is a film studio for property developers, based in Panama City. We make cinematic property films from the architectural renders a development already has, so buyers can see and feel a place before it is built.

We are not a film-financing company and we do not sell event tickets. "Presale" here means the pre-construction sales period of a real estate development.

Who makes the films

Leygh Allison, filmmaker and founder. Leygh has spent 14 years directing film and photography. Leygh directs every Presale Films production, and reads the render set before anything else is decided.

Alan Morrison, Marketing Director. Alan runs the studio's marketing and is the first contact for developers, brokers and sales teams.

How we work

Each project starts with Vision Alignment, where the developer tells us who the building is for and what a buyer should feel. We then build the film from the approved renders, without filming on site. Before anything is released, the developer watches the whole film in the Director's Cut review and asks for changes to pacing, sequence or mood. The architecture itself stays exactly as it was signed off. The full process is on our page about turning a 3D render into film.

What we make

A cinematic real estate film for the launch and the sales gallery, vertical films for phones, Cinematic Stills and video walkthroughs, all from the same render set.

Where we work

Our clients are developers and their sales teams in Latin America, the Caribbean, the Gulf and resort markets around the world. The site is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Chinese and Arabic.
