Vertical real estate video: vertical films made from your renders

Most buyers will meet your development on a phone, held in one hand, somewhere between two other things they meant to do. That is where a vertical film earns its place.

What a vertical film is

A vertical film is a short, standalone film framed for a phone screen. It is shot in the sense a director means, with a point of view and a single feeling to land, but nothing is filmed on location. We make each one from the architectural renders your team already owns.

It is not a trimmed version of a longer video. A vertical frame asks different questions of a space: where the eye goes first, what fills the top of the screen, how a pool reads when it runs away from you instead of across. We compose for that frame from the start, so the film looks like it belongs in the feed rather than squeezed into it.

Who it is for

Developers launching or selling a project off plan, and the marketing teams and master brokers who carry it to buyers. If your sales happen through agents forwarding things to clients on WhatsApp, a vertical film is the thing they forward. If your campaign runs paid social, it is the asset the ad is built on.

How we make it from renders you already have

There is no shoot and no crew, because there is usually no building yet. The approved renders are the raw material. Your rendering studio has already chosen the stone, placed the light and grown the landscaping to maturity. We direct those images into motion: a slow move across a terrace as the light turns gold, water catching the last of the sun, a room that holds still long enough to be wanted.

The design stays exactly as your architects signed it off. We add movement and sound, and a colour grade tuned to the buyer. We do not restyle the architecture. For the craft in more detail, see how a render becomes a film.

What you receive

A set of vertical films, each built around one idea from the project: the arrival, the view from the terrace, the quiet of the spa, the evening light on the water. Each is finished for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with licensed music and sound design, and each works with the sound off, because many of them will be watched that way first.

You can post them from the developer's accounts, hand them to your broker network, or run them as paid creative. They are yours to use across the campaign.

How it fits with the hero film

Most projects commission vertical films alongside a hero film. The hero film is the 16:9 centrepiece for the website, the sales gallery and the launch event. The vertical films carry the same world into the feeds, with the same palette, the same music family and the same sense of place, so a buyer who sees one on a phone and the other on a gallery screen recognises the same project. Our page on cinematic real estate video covers the hero film, and off-plan property video shows how both formats fit one launch.

Vertical films also work on their own. If a hero film already exists, or the budget is for social first, they can stand alone.

Each was made from a developer's existing renders. More of our work is in the portfolio.

You hold the steering wheel

Vision Alignment comes before production. We agree the project's lifestyle story, the buyer you need to move and the brand, and we choose the moments each vertical film will carry.

The Director's Cut Review comes before release. You see every film, we refine them together, and nothing is published until it matches your architectural intent.

Questions developers ask

What is a vertical real estate video?

It is a short film framed for a phone screen, made to be watched in social feeds and messaging apps. Ours are made from a development's existing architectural renders, so a project can have them before construction starts.

Do these work for Instagram Reels and TikTok?

Yes. Each vertical film is finished for Instagram Reels and Stories, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, and composed so it reads clearly with the sound off.

Do we need to film anything?

No. There is no shoot, no crew and no site visit. We work from the renders you already own, plus any animation your rendering studio produced along the way.

Can we order vertical films without a hero film?

Yes. Most projects pair them with a hero film so the campaign looks like one world, but vertical films can stand on their own when social is the priority.

Will the films change the approved design?

No. The approved renders are the single visual reference. We add motion, atmosphere and sound, and the Director's Cut Review lets you check every detail before release.

Bring your project into the feed

We direct the renders you already own into vertical films that carry the feeling of the development to the phones where your buyers are.
