What Cinematic Stills are

Cinematic Stills are new still images of your development, made from the renders you already own. Some are your existing renders taken further in light and detail. Others are new frames entirely: a closer look at the stone on the lobby wall, the terrace at a different hour, the pool from where a guest would actually sit.

They are made the way a director builds a frame for film, which is where the name comes from. Each one is composed around a feeling rather than a floor area.

Who they are for

Developers and marketing teams who need more imagery than the original render set gave them, without commissioning a new render pass. They suit projects heading into a second phase of the campaign, a new market, or a paid social push that needs fresh creative every few weeks.

How we make them from renders you already have

We are a film studio, not a rendering studio, and Cinematic Stills do not replace one. Your rendering studio built the model and signed off the materials. We start from those finished images and the design they fix: geometry, finishes, palette and landscaping. From there we find the frames the original set did not have time for, and we grade them so the whole collection reads as one project.

What you receive

A gallery of high-resolution stills, delivered at full size for print and web, with a private page where your team can view them, pick favourites and download the set. Typical frames include new exterior angles, interiors in a different light, lifestyle details at table height and quieter moments around the amenities.

The stills work anywhere your current renders work: portals, the brochure, the website, investor decks, the sales gallery walls and social posts.

How they fit with the hero film

Many of these frames come out of the same direction as the film. When we make a hero film, we study every render for light, depth and the moments a buyer would stop on, and those moments make good stills. Commissioned together, the film and the stills share one palette and one mood, so the website hero, the brochure cover and the launch film all feel like the same place. What are real estate rendering stills?

They are still images of a development used for marketing before or during construction. Our Cinematic Stills are new frames made from the renders a developer already owns, composed and graded the way a film frame would be.

Do you create renders from our CAD model?

No. Presale Films is a film studio, not a rendering studio. We work from finished renders your rendering studio has already produced, and we treat that studio as a partner.

Will the stills match the approved design?

Yes. The approved renders are the single reference for geometry, finishes and palette. We change the framing, light and atmosphere, never the architecture.

Where can we use them?
