Real estate video walkthrough: a 3D walkthrough made from your renders
A buyer reserving an apartment off plan will ask the same question a dozen ways: what is it like to walk in? A walkthrough answers it before the walls exist.
What a video walkthrough is
A video walkthrough takes a buyer through a home or an amenity in the order they would experience it: the front door, the hallway, the moment the living room opens toward the view, the kitchen, the bedroom at the end of the corridor. It moves at the pace of a person walking, not a drone, and it stays at eye height.
A flythrough explains a building from the outside and above. A walkthrough explains a home from the inside. Ours are made with a film director's eye, so the layout is clear and the rooms still feel lived in, with light at the right hour and the small sounds of a home.
Who it is for
Developers selling units before completion, and the sales teams and brokers who have to explain a floor plan to someone who cannot visit. It is especially useful for international buyers, who may reserve without ever standing on the site, and for projects with several unit types that each need their own tour.
How we make it from renders you already have
There is no crew and no set. We work from the interior and exterior renders your rendering studio has already delivered, plus any animation or model views they produced along the way. The approved design is the single reference: layout, finishes and furniture stay as signed off.
If a unit type has gaps in its render coverage, we tell you during Vision Alignment, before any work starts, so you can decide what the walkthrough should include. Our page on turning renders into film explains the craft behind this.
What you receive
A walkthrough film for each unit type or amenity you choose, finished for the project website, the sales gallery screen and one-to-one buyer calls, with a version for phones that your brokers can send directly. Each has licensed music and sound design.
How it fits with the hero film
The hero film sells the life a development promises. The walkthrough answers the practical questions that follow once a buyer is interested. Together they cover both moments of the decision: wanting the place, then understanding it. We direct them from the same renders with the same grade, so moving from one to the other feels continuous. See cinematic real estate video for the hero film and off-plan property video for how the pieces fit a launch.
You hold the steering wheel
Vision Alignment comes before production. We agree which units and amenities to cover, the route through each one, and the buyer the walkthrough needs to reassure.
The Director's Cut Review comes before release. You watch every walkthrough, we refine it with you, and nothing is released until each room matches your architectural intent.
Questions developers ask
What is a real estate video walkthrough?
It is a video that takes a viewer through a property room by room at walking pace. Ours are made for unbuilt homes, from the developer's existing renders, so buyers can understand a unit before construction is finished.
How is a 3D walkthrough different from a flythrough?
A flythrough moves around and above a building to explain how it sits on its site. A 3D walkthrough stays inside at eye height and follows the route a resident would take through the home.
What do we need to provide?
Eventually, the interior and exterior renders you already own, plus floor plans and any animation your rendering studio produced. We start with a conversation about the project and the buyer, not a file transfer.
Can we have a walkthrough for each unit type?
Yes. Many projects choose one walkthrough per unit type and one for the main amenities, all directed to the same look.
Will the walkthrough match the approved design?
Yes. The approved renders are the single visual reference, so layout, finishes and furniture stay as signed off, and the Director's Cut Review lets you confirm it before release.
Show buyers the way in
We direct the renders you already own into a walkthrough that makes the layout clear and lets buyers feel each room.
